Air travel: The official airline, COPA, will grant a 20% discount on air tickets from Miami, México D.F., Ciudad de Guatemala City, San Salvador, San Pedro Sula, Managua, San José, La Habana, Kingston, Santo Domingo, Caracas, Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Quito, Guayaquil, Lima, Santiago y Buenos Aires.

Local ground tranportation: Courtesy transfers from the airport to the hotel as well as shuttle bus transportation between hotels and the Convention Center will be available, to attend the conference sessions and all scheduled social events.

Simultaneous translation: Will be available at all conference sessions in Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Cliamte and dress suggestions: Because of Panama's tropical climate, light summer clothing is suggested. Ocassional rainfal can be expected in the month of August.

Visa requirements: Depending on citizenship, a valid passport and tourist card or visa are required. Please check with your travel agent or the nearest Panamanian Consulate.
