Presentation:
The well known
and recognized necessity of a satisfactory, sufficient,
and good quality of the heritage, in terms of natural
resources, to the wellfare of coming generations, have
in some way reach a conciliaritory
agreement from extremes environmental policies, through
the implementation os sustainable development.
Our compromise is to honour our best effort, in order
to reach the feasibility of this approach, covering
and giving encouragement to this philosophy and principles.
The fourth Pan-American Congress of Sustainable Development
is organized by the SPIA. (PANAMANIAN ASSOCIATION OF
ENGINEERS AND ARCHITECTS), under the XXVI Convention
of the UPADI, (PAN-AMERICAN FEDERATION OF ENGINEERS
ASSOCIATIONS).

Continuous improvement of our performance for the succesful
implementations of our common goals on environmental
& social sustainable development, by means of:
