** In order for participants to be included in our participants' directory, which will be distributed in our Annual Assembly of FELABAN, our online registration deadline is 7 November 2008. Registration after this date can be done onsite on Sunday, 16 November 2008.
A $200.00 charge will be applied for cancellations before October 15, No reimbursements will be possible after that date.
Registrations can be ceded to another person by written notice up to October 31st. 2008

Hotel Accommodations
Blocks of rooms are available at the Panama Marriott Hotel and other selected hotels at special guaranteed rates as indicated below. Reservations can only be made through the organizers using the Hotel Reservation section of the enclosed registration form, before October 31, 2008, with a one night deposit or credit card number to guaranty first night.
A courtesy shuttle bus between the hotels and the Marriott will be available at programmed hours.
**Please note that any changes to your hotel reservation will only be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the conference.
