Invitation
Panama is experiencing one of the highest economic growth rates in its history, driven by unprecedented foreign investment in the real state sector and the construction of mega infrastructure projects related to increasing the capacity of the Panama Canal.  In such auspicious circumstances, the Panama International Banking Center, and its representative organization, the Panama Banking Association, have undertaken preparations to host the 42nd. Assembly of the Latin American Federation of Banks-FELABAN, that will take place in Panama City on November 16-18, 2008.

The Assembly Is a high level meeting of delegates representing the membership of FELABAN, convened with the purpose of analyzing current issues affecting financial operations, in the context of the world economic order and the Latin-American situation in particular.

The event is also an important forum that facilitates contacts between the representatives of the banking institutions affiliated to FELABAN, in order to promote business relations relevant to their financial activities.
