Venues
• The Opening Session and Welcoming Reception will take place at the Atlapa Convention Center, across the street from the Sheraton hotel.
• The conference sessions, business networking rounds and exhibitions, will take place at the Panama Marriott Hotel located in the heart of banking and business center.
• Some banks have private meeting rooms at the Bristol, Miramar Intercontinental Radisson Decapolis hotels, located a short distance away. Check the Directory for exact locations.
• The Closing Gala Dinner will take place at the Union Club
Registration
Sunday, November 16th
Participants who have pre – registered and made their hotel reservations through the Organizers may receive their name tags and wallets on Sunday, November 16th.at the following hotels: Panama Marriott, Miramar, Raddison-Decápolis and Sheraton 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Everyone else staying in other hotels or who made reservations directly with the hotel, must go the Central Registration Desk at the Panama Marriott during the same hours.
Monday November 17th
Registration is available only in the Central Registration Desk at the Panama Marriott Hotel from 8:00 a.m.
Name Tags
Will be given at registration and must be visibly worn as a requisite for admittance to the conference sessions, exhibits, luncheons, transportation, tours and social events.
Program of Activities
All registered participants are invited to attend the social functions and luncheons included in the Official Program.
Attire
A dark suit and cocktail dress for the ladies are recommended for the Opening Session and Inaugural Reception. Business attire (coat and tie) is required for the conference and business sessions, luncheons and closing dinner party. Light comfortable clothes and shoes are suggested for the spouses excursions program.
Local Transfers
A courtesy shuttle bus service between the alternate hotels and the Panama Marriott hotel will be available on Sunday, November 16th at 30minutes intervals from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for registration and on Monday 17th, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to attend to the programmed activities at the Panama Marriott hotel, as well as in the evenings 30 minutes prior to scheduled time forthe social events in the Official Program. Please be at the hotel lobby on time.

Security
Most areas of the City are safe to walk around. However, we recommend not to take too much cash or jewelry and to prefer hotel taxicabs.
Currency
The Balboa is equivalent to the US Dollar that circulates freely al legal tender. International American Express, Master Card and Visa credit cards are accepted at most major shops and restaurants. Travelers checks can be cashed at the hotels.
Shopping and Dining Hours
Stores are open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Restaurants from 12:00 m. to 3:00 p.m. for lunch and from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. for dinner.
